In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your products or our service, or the products have become damaged in transit we will be happy to give a full refund.
To do so please ring us 0191 3732497 or email us on email@example.com to obtain a return code, this is simply so we know we are to expect it!
As much as we are lovely people, a refund may not be given until we have recieved your goods and reviewed your comments. Your request maybe refused if we feel the product has become soiled or damaged by other means.
We apologise but unless the card has become damaged in transit we are unable to offer a returns policy. Great care is taken when personalising your cards and the wording will be created exactly as it was ordered. Please take care when typing in your personalised message.
